When faced with the profound challenge of losing the love of her life to paragliding, Andra Whipple embarked on forced journey of excruciating mourning. She pushed herself into the world of aerial sports, mastering incredible acrobatic stunts to chase adrenaline and a fleeting proximity to mortality, seeking refuge from her pain. Living on the edge of life for multiple years, she eventually discovered, with the support of her community and friends, that the power to heal lay within her. She found a beacon of light at the end of a long tunnel, guiding her back to a life of some peace and serenity.

In this intimate short film, Andra bravely recounts the last seven years of her life—from the fateful phone call to this newfound chapter of tranquility. She shares her journey with vulnerability, hoping that by exposing her experience, she can offer solace and inspiration to those facing similar darkness. Along the way, the film captures two breathtaking aerial stunts at Coronet Peak, showcasing stunning imagery of athletes suspended in mid-air, performing silks aerials and trapeze beneath the soaring silhouette of a paraglider.

Andra's mission is clear: if her story can bring hope and light to even one person navigating their own grief, then every moment of revisiting her story has been worth it.
